Dear Beloved of the Lord at Wyebrook,
I hope you have been spiritually encouraged as I have been as we travel through the book of Hebrews. To see the clarity of the work of the Lord Jesus in our lives reminds me how greatly we are loved by God! Please continue to journey with us as we only have a few more chapters to go.
We will finish up the after-school Bible Club with CEF on March 30. It has been a great year for our staff and the children that have been faithfully coming out. I am very thankful for the adult staff that have been there week after week and for the extra help we picked up through this year. We have seen many of these children make professions of faith. Though they may attend other Churches but we are also looking and inviting children and their families to attend Wyebrook. This is a great avenue of being able to reach out in the community as we have completed our 14th year of ministry at Honey Brook Elementary Learning Center. What a great privilege! Maybe you would consider helping out next year. Please let me know.
We all know Easter is right around the corner and again I ask you to be a part of our entire Easter morning celebration. You being here for the 7:30 early service, the 8:45 free buffet (almost typed buffalo) breakfast, the children’s hour which we will have a testimony time for you that are not a part of the egg hunt in the main church, and the worship time at 11:00. There will be special music and communion at both worship times. Please remember to pass out the cards of invitation and pray for those you invite. I am looking forward to a great resurrection Sunday!
Last year we had an excellent musician by the name of Darryl Mosley who was a guitarist and singer. He will be with us again on Sunday, April 30 at the 11:00 a.m. service. Darryl’s country/bluegrass gospel music is and will be a blessing to all. As always, the concert is free and I encourage you to invite family and friends.
