Dear Family of Faith at Wyebrook,
How blessed we all were at the Thanksgiving Service last Sunday night by the testimonies of all who shared. Everyone there shared the goodness of the Lord to them and their family! That was just great, Praise the Lord!
My hope is you enjoyed “Westward Road” the singing family that was with us last Sunday morning. Those folks did an excellent job ministering to us in song. Kathy and I had the privilege to take them out to lunch before they moved on to a Church they were singing in above Allentown. They are really down to earth folks and I have already invited them back when they are in the area. I am sure they will bless our Church again with another concert.
Things are going well for us at the After School Bible Club on Thursdays at Honey Brook Elementary Learning Center. We have enrolled 27 children, Kindergarten through fourth grade. A big thank you to all who help out from our Church. I am glad there is enough concern from our people to do this. In all seriousness, this after school Bible club happens because our church cares. Thank You.
Please don’t forget next Saturday, December 3 at 9:00 a.m. as the day of Christmas decoration for the Church. Don’t worry instruction will be given what to do. All the decorations are here. The more help the shorter the time things get done!
Sunday evening, December 4 is our Christmas Caroling and pot luck supper at 5:30 p.m. in the gym. Dress warm and plan on coming with us as we carol to folks in our area. This is great time to give of yourself to others! Don’t forget your flashlight!
Sister Dianne Messner and the choir are practicing hard and presenting the Cantata on Sunday, December 18 entitled “Light of the World.” Great music! Invite your family and friends! Christmas day is on a Sunday this year. We will only have the 11:00 a.m. service on the 25th. (No Sunday school or evening service.)
