Dear Family of Faith at Wyebrook,
Thank you again for your service here at Wyebrook. It blesses me personally to remember your labor of love toward the Lord and his people and to this local community through our outreach ministries like Awana, teen group, CEF after school Bible club and City Gate.
Paul wrote to the Colossian believers in Colossians 1:3 We give thanks to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you. I pray, I will be always praying for you. My hope is this past month of prayer has been a special blessing to you as you prayed for one another. For all of you I pray that you might continue praying with your partner. This can be a great way to build a long-term relationship with a friend and certainly with your mate!
The Needham’s will be sharing their signing ministry with us Sunday, 11:00 a.m. June 11. Invite your family and friends. They are always a blessing to us!
The 25th of June on Sunday night we are planning an evening around the campfire so bring your hot dogs and smores and enjoy the evening with us. Please keep an eye on your bulletin as are planning other “Sunday night Specials.”
Through the years it has been our tradition as a Church to save money for special projects and not go in debt for them. I would like to see this continue as we raise funds for our “Parking Lot Redo.” Though we know this will take a few years to accomplish the Leadership Team and I would like to begin this project now. As you give to this project, please mark your offering envelope “parking lot.” We will save the funds. (It will take a few years, so please be patient.) It has been estimated it will be $100,000.00 to $125,000. The Lord has blessed us in the past as we have saved toward other projects like our Church building, Church roof and the Church van before they were completed. I believe by faith we can see him take care of this need also. Allow me to remind you to please give over and above your regular tithe and mission giving. We want to be faithful stewards of what God has given us. Thank you for what you will do by faith!
