Dear Wyebrook Family,
What a privilege it is to pray! I hope the month of May has been just as encouraging to you in your prayer life as it has been to us. The Lord has answered many of our prayers in immediate ways, and what a blessing it is for our Father to listen to our petitions! I pray that the times of fasting have also been an encouragement to your spiritual walk. It can go unnoticed how often we distract ourselves with phones, TV, internet, and other forms of consumption that hinder us from drawing closer to God. Lord help us to walk closer with you!
We are thankful for all the staff that have participated in the Awana year, and were grateful to share in the experiences and joy in serving with you. As summer brings this break from Awana, we look forward to more time to evangelize and spread the news for the events upcoming. We are also looking forward to our summertime campfire evening services on Sunday nights at 6:30pm. Please join us for hotdogs and s’mores over the campfire! We are looking to have VBS in the month of August (17-21), and we look forward to having a youth outing with the teens this month to Marsh Creek. Please see my wife or I for details on this event.
If you want to become part of our regular evangelizing outreaches, please contact me for details. We are looking into having a booth set up at the farm market in Downingtown on Saturday mornings, this would change our evangelizing schedule if we are able to do this instead. We are also looking into having a booth setup for Good Neighbor day on July 4th in Kerr Park. Please let me know if you are available to help out with this ministry, and please let Tammy know if you are available to assist with VBS this coming summer.
In our Savior’s Love,
Pastor Kenneth Miller
