Dear Bride of Christ at Wyebrook

I am rejoicing to know this is who we are in Christ Jesus. May I encourage you to plan to daily pray with your mate and choose a partner to daily pray with as well. Kathy and I try to do this in the evening before we settle down. The other prayer partners we pray with, schedule a time that is best suited for each of us. Our goal is to do this daily, if we miss a day plan to do it the next day!

The National Day of Prayer is Thursday, March 6. Our Church will be open at 11:00 a.m. to pray together. I know many of you work, but we will look forward to praying together with you that can be with us and go out for lunch if time allows you. I am willing to pray with any of you on the phone if you are unable to make the prayer meeting that Thursday. Call me and if I happen to not be available leave me a time to call you back that day and I will personally pray with you.

Others dates and times to pray for Men and Women are in this trifold. May I encourage you to purposely be a part of things! Don’t leave your children and teens out. We have all kinds of sports teams why not a “Prayer Team?” Praise God we are all winners when we pray! Dads and moms you set the example and your children will take as much interest as you do! So it is true with you men and your wife! Yes, I know I am preaching but we need to do this. Amen? AMEN!

We offer a daily prayer guide for seven days if you would like to use it. It will be on the back table under the bulletin board. The missionary bookmark is there in the plastic display rack, as well as the weekly prayer list. We are providing the tools to pray but the greatest tools are of no use if not used.

God wants to do something special in your life through prayer. We are promised in Psalms 28:6 Blessed be the Lord, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. (Prayer) Praise results when we pray and we see the Lord answer.

Praying and dependent upon the Master,

Pastor Perry
